Cumberland Unfiltered (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”). By opting in, you agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”). This Agreement applies only to the Program and does not replace other agreements, including our Privacy Policy or general Terms of Use.

By subscribing (such as texting START to +1 833-318-0605 or filling out an online form), you consent to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from us. These may include podcast updates, event notices, exclusive content, and promotional messages. Message & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. While our system may use an autodialer, not all messages are sent using such technology.
2. User Opt-Out
You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message. You may receive a final confirmation message. These are the only valid ways to opt out; verbal requests or other words will not unsubscribe you.
